Service & Repairs

We offer a comprehensive repair service to most makes of hot tubs and will provide a free assessment / quotation for repairs, but we do have a call out charge applicable outside of 5 A miles radius of our showroom..

We do not offer any leak or plumbing repairs to fully foamed hot tubs. This also means we do not check any joints that are not fully visible or accessible in the below services to these types of tubs. Our service prices below include travel up to 30 miles of our showroom.

Service prices below DO NOT include any repairs required during service or faults fixed, that are also found during service. A clear quote on these 'additional' costs will be given on request.

Complete system flush - A chemical wash out of the pumps and pipe work using a chemical cleaner to remove any build up of dirt and fat that may have accumulated.

Clean & soak filter elements using a supplied cleaning solution, note older filters may need replacing.

Empty, deep cleanse and rinse of hot tub shell.

Shrink wrap top of spa to keep rain water out.

Jets and pillows removed, inspected and cleaned.

Full inspections of components such as pump, blowers, etc are checked. Pumps checked for noise and leaks, etc.

Full plumbing inspection for leaks, all pipe work and glued joints are checked.

Check heater and circulation pumps is clear of scale.

Tighten all unions and inspect, replace and seals if necessary.

Spa refilled with fresh water.
